LA Weekend Events: Sept. 10-12
This weekend has a little bit of everything to keep you entertained so if you’re into lizards and other amphibians head to the Reptile Super Show in Anaheim. Are butterflies more your speed? It’s your last chance to see the fluttering insects at the National History Museum before they say “adieu” for the year. Inclusion Matters Run, Walk & Roll 2021
Our 24th annual Run, Walk, & Roll presented by Wells Fargo is just around the corner! In-person & outdoor! Teams of ALL abilities & ages are invited to our 5K/10K course, followed by a fun celebration including entertainment, exhibition fair, refreshments, and more! This event is free! Flutter Immersive Exhibit

Head to the westside and make this limited-time pop-up kid’s clothing store a must-shop stop. What’s unique about Carolyn Butler’s concept is that you can buy new and gently used clothes that are sustainable and ethically sourced, you can rent them, but you can also return them when you are finished and get credit towards your next purchase. Free Dance in DTLA
The Music Center’s Dance DTLA returns with free in-person lessons and dancing under the stars on Jerry Moss Plaza at The Music Center! The Portuguese Bend National Horse Show
For three days, this highly regarded A-rated Horse Show has two fully scheduled rings offering a wide variety of classes, including the prestigious PCHA Horsemanship Medal Finals. The weekend’s activities will include a hometown atmosphere created through an array of food booths, boutiques and fun for children, which include puppet shows, pony rides, and face painting. Last Weekend: Butterfly Pavilion at NHM
Butterflies are taking their last flights at NHM! Get up close to beautiful butterflies in theButterfly Pavilion. This seasonal exhibit—located outside on the south side of the Museum—features more flight space, more resting spots, and more natural light. Creep It Real OC EXPO
Visit several mini haunt walk-throughs, visit our spooky photo locations, stroll through our halloween market-like bazaar with over 100 vendors and buy all your oddities and curiousities, rock out to halloween jams, get insta-snappy with our many spooky vehicles, mingle with monsters and cosplayers, as well as cruise on by our food truck party in the back. Coastal Cleanup Month
Join Heal the Bay for Coastal Cleanup Month 2021 in Los Angeles County during the entire month of Sept. as we embark on Healing Our Watersheds through self-guided cleanups, a virtual panel, and an advocacy training.
