Even with plastic over pretty much everything, things have gotten pretty dusty with the remodel and repainting, so we’ve basically been camping out in our own home. Workers were here all weekend except Sunday, so it was a little wild! I have a cleaning crew coming today, along with meetings with our contractor and designer, so we’re making progress!
Also, Bob and I celebrated our 33rd anniversary this weekend! I love this man who is the calm to my hyper and the serious to my silly! There is no bigger cheerleader for Empty Nest Blessed than Bob, and I’m beyond grateful to get to do life with him! (Did you know he takes all of my photos for Instagram and Empty Nest Blessed?! 🧡)

This was me on Thanksgiving before heading to my son & daughter-in-law’s house! Since our house is such a remodeling mess, I’m so grateful to them for stepping in to host!
